About Us

Book a Piper is run by Tom Stewart, encompassing 25 years experience providing a professional and reliable service based in Central Scotland.  Tom has built up an excellent team of pipers, each playing at the highest level for some of the worlds finest bands including Shotts & Dykehead, Boghall & Bathgate to name but a few. As well as band success we also have a former piper to the Queen stationed at Balmoral and a piper who performed at the US Open Golf Championship at Pinehurst Golf & Country Club in North Carolina, U.S.A.

Pipers are available for Weddings, Ceilidhs, other special occasions and also for Funerals.  

Although we are based in Central Scotland, Book a Piper is well travelled both domestically and internationally. We have played in U.S.A, Canada, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Indonesia and even on the Great Wall of China.
